Oh, I mean, I knew you were atheist. I should have been clearer that I was asking if you were ethnically Jewish since “Jewish” can unfortunately mean that or practicing Judaism. I’d just ask the latter if I though you were religiously Jewish, though I’ve only known about one religiously practicing Jew despite knowing quite a few ethnically Jewish people.

Ironically, even he seemed on the verge of apostasy or at least was highly questioning it. Guess that’s somewhat bound to happen when your father’s an Orthodox rabbi (or hard-line religious anything, really) and you think you might be not heterosexual.
