Purrin, don’t worry about the tv. We’ve asked before and they wanna keep the place as is unfortunately. We wanna abide by their rules considering they’re letting us take up the majority of their venue. Believe me folks, the joint is really contemporary, almost has a club feel, rather than a gamestop feel. So we gotta play by the rules for now. After we give them a good showing, I’m sure they’ll let use do more. Meantime, lets get this secret loktest on the road and have a good turn out.
As for the filming ordeal, just trust me that after the event, we’ll have screenies and vids that are direct feed from the game posted later on. Trust me fellas, just this once, if we do it right, I’ll make sure the community gets some shit in return
Does this mean the button config is going to be all wrong like at the AX loketest? That was really bad (save for the arcade setup which was correct), so hopefully it can be avoided.
I asked this earlier, but I guess I’ll try again. Is anyone in OC willing to give me a ride to San Diego if I help pay for gas? If no one is down, I guess I’ll try to take the Amtrak down there. Aksys, do you have any idea when this is ending? I need to know to figure out which departing train I should take in the event that I have to Amtrak to SD.
Its definitely gonna more than an hour long fellas. I know we got fools coming from LA, so we’ll make sure its at worth that much time and effort, especially since this is last minute. Like I said, this is for you guys…where the heck did this one hour come from? LOL
It was just a misunderstanding. The first time was posted as 3-4 so many of us thought it only lasted for that hour. But later on it was cleared up that 3-4 was the start time.
Don’t know if that can justify the drive, although GG at Deci’s after could be fun
