Yeah I noticed that. I was browsing through the pages to find something and I noticed each one of my posts is a disagree by dark. At first I thought it was flat “No I don’t like it” then I saw some of the other posts I made that made me go “Oh I see your game.”
I don’t recall said status being earned…whatever that may be.
I do love the store mechanic though. I’m hoping it doesn’t change but…I’ll adjust accordingly.

Isn’t the easiest way to implement it that you do the motion once i.e, QCF LK to store the fireball. Then you have to re-input QCF LK to shoot the fireball.
So you’d have to input a super like motion with two lk’s to shoot one straight away. If you use MK or HK it overides the originally stored LK version.
Make the super QCB or with punches and you avoid accidently doing super every time.
Wouldn’t this just be an adequate solution?
^doesn’t sound too bad I guess, but it would be harder for keepaway and react to jump ins with HK fuhajin…
In the end though it won’t matter that much whether they keep it the same or change it I guess, we will just have to adapt in the end.
Personally would rather have it come back than it being scrapped altogether, though.
Well we can’t count on Juri playing EXACTLY how she played in sf4. This doesn’t seem like a change that would be hard to adjust to really.
I don’t expect her to play the same exact way she did in SF4, what I’m saying is it’s still up in the air if we’ll store her projectiles the same way or if it will be different regardless of how different she’ll play like in this game outside of the store mechanic.
Either way, we’ll just have to adapt or deal with it when she’s released…
Edit: welp Alex trailer was released today… I guess Juri will have her trailer on the same day she is released too huh.
Yea we won’t find out until the day of. That’s for sure, but at least we can count on still photos of moves and descriptions of what they are and how they work before release.
I’ll be sure to make some alternate colors based on hers from SF4 when photos get released, someone in the Alex thread edited some screenshots to give him the alternate colors he had in 3S, and it gave me inspiration to do the same thing when Juri’s screenshots are available.

I would actualy like this, I never liked Kim, but how he plays and Juri would fit too.

So taking into account that someone who’s working on this game (forgot his name) said that they were going for a “reinvention” when it comes to the DLC characters, I feel like they don’t mean they will change them drastically, maybe what he meant was that they would change the frame data, tweak things like damage output, different/more combo options, a couple new moves at best I guess and a new CA that they didn’t have in previous games.
Essentially they will play differently yes, but their essence will be kept intact… coming from someone who really liked to play Alex he feels that way in this game to be honest, he has the same moveset from 3S (and a new one that was taken from a super he had in that game) and he got tweaked, got more combo options, frame data is different, etc. So he plays different in that regard, but in the end he still feels like Alex should be.
So I guess this is a good reason not to worry about drastic changes to her gameplay… she’ll probably just get changed like how Alex did in that regard I guess.
I’m not really worried. I’m just siting here thinking it will be something I like. I mean if she became a charge character…I would get annoyed…but still play her regardless. It would just take some time to get used too. Would have to practice charge stuff.

Most of the characters are wearing their alternates so I think it’s safe to assume that her story costume will be the one we see. Quote me on this when she’s released lol
