You would think they would release first a SFIII representative, and then a SFIV one. That the order would would be male > female > male > female > male.

Does anyone know if I can buy Juriās premium costume separately from the other DLC characters?
If SFxTK is any indication, theyāve probably done away with costume packs in favor of selling singular items.
To be honest even when all of us knew that Juri had no chance at making it in the initial roster, I was strongly doubtful that they would just get rid of her soon considering the amount of things that they went through when making the character, the numerous costume sketches, making her korean to please the koreans (I think this was said somewhere?), Ono wanting to make her a baddie no matter what during development of SSF4, getting her own OVA, etc.
They made a successful character, imo sheās what Sakura was to Alpha in terms of being the break out character of a series. She also made appearances in crossover titles like SFxT and the two Project X Zone games as well, with all of these things in mind Capcom would be crazy to get rid of her so soon considering they struck gold with her.
Iād drop SF if they dropped Juri.
I was exclusively KOF player and I used to find Street Fighter plane, simple and boring, but SF4 with its mechanics similar to KOF2002 made me get interest in the game, unfurtunately I didnt feel any character so I droped the game.
It was until SSF4 with the inclusion of Juri that I got into SF seriously and I never get bored of playing her I like her a lot. But at this point I like SF even more than KOF so even if Juri wasnāt comfirmed with my hearth broken but I would have played someone else like Karin, Chun li, Nash, Ken, Laura etcā¦ in SFV a lot of characters are really interesting.

C.H.A.I.N.S. was not mentioned at all. We see his shadow against a human-sized test tube with a broken Seth inside. He says that, while it is disappointing that he isnāt salvageable after being smuggled from the Secret Societyās clutches, there is another, newer model of his Tanden Engine. This is heavily implied to be Juriās FSE.
Then it must be Rufus! After all, when youāre that big, isnāt everything a crotch rocket for him?
But the FSE doesnāt function like a tanden engine. It doesnāt let Juri copy moves or whatever. It just boosts whatever power she has to stupid levels.
I doubt Rufus will be in SFV.
Never say never. Just look who makes an appearance. Hell even cameos.

If they add 1 SFIV character every year, then Viper and Able will be next I think. So, Rufus might be in SFV in 2019? Honestly at that point I think Capcom would think they have enough SFIV characters and just add some characters that have been absent for a while, or new ones completely.
