I do miss old Juri. Her zoning, the “teleport/parry” attack, the jump kick… every detail about her made she unique and fun. Can’t forgive Capcom for changing an already awesome char concept into a limited waifu, gameplay wise.
Yeah I agree, fuck Capcom for what they did to her in EVERY way. Gameplay, design, low tier and even canon story (if anyone cares about that lol)
But at least they’re bringing her SFIV costume back.
This is the least they could do. Even if they boost her in s3, she won’t be as funny as she used to be in USF4. Man, look at this freaking hype (Juri shows up at 18:27). Fen Shui potential was awesome, since insane combos, 'till weird mixups. Now, what she does other than boring meaties and normal grabs?

I’m watching the WSO stream and they have the nostalgia costume. Those sleeves are part of a very small jacket that covers her back.
EDIT: Also the code does remove the jacket. Her arms look like they did in SFIV.

I am buying all Juri costumes,I can’t help it.But I do like how she looks,surprisingly the jacket is pretty cool as well,only thing that I would like is the option to be able to use her hair down with the costume itself.

Another official character stats page from Capcom was announced with Juri at the bottom of the list. Quite a few people in the comment section agree that she really needs some changes in order to be effective.
