Juri seems to hate it,when someone is weak and rather wants to kill them then.
Makoto is to weak for her.
She’s ok with Fighters on a high level like Cammy or Chun, but someone like Makoto is honestly just a joke.
But she seems to have a hearth sometimes, she wouldn’t kill Gen for example.
There is no Doll from Arabia, neither did one of them worked for S.I.N.
Rashids friend is female btw.
It’s possible that Rashids friend works under FANG.
Seems more that Juri will try to piss Cammy again off, now that the FSE seems to be gone, I’m 100% sure that she lost the rematch to Cammy in SFIV.
Her FSE was never realy working either way.
Seth gave her a unfinished prototype that wasn’t planed to work long, since he wanted the FSE for himself.

Juri can do:
-All her normals
-Her Pinwheel
-Her Divekick
without her FSE she would probably have a extrem weak fireball, she is only 10% as strong as with and doesn’t move even close the speed she has with.
If she doesn’t has the FSE and I’m sure she won’t have it.
I think she will go more into the real TKD direction.
I think she will:
-Get a overhead special
-Some sort of Lightning Legs
-Maybe Focus Attack as V-Skill,seriously her Focus was good in IV
-A completly new Move as CA
-A V-Trigger that allows her to cancel a special into another special.
Why wouldn’t Juri be able to have a good fireball without FSE ?
Everybody is throwing fireballs for a living in Street Fighter. Juri is very strong even without the FSE, her FSE just made her overpowerd , talking about the OVA here btw,since she owned Chun, Cammy and Guile with no issues.
She avoided every open fight with Cammy.
This is pointed out and 3x fat underlined.
Chun got hit after she was distrected.
Is it that complicated?
The fireballs she has now are with the FSE, imageine them at 10% power without FSE.
Juri might have technique and might be a good fight, but without FSE she is far away from the big girls level.
Ok with = loving to watch them squirm and scream. (Cammy and Chun)
She sees people as playthings for her to “play” with until they break.
And if you count her personality in sfxt, look at how she talks to Sagat in that one: “C’mere, let me put out your other eye. You might do better totally blind!”
Totally Okay with high level fighters.
And as for Gen, she doesnt kill him, she just taunts him, something Gen probably sees as a worse insult than death when you think about it.
Idk if win quotes are “trustworthy” . Her win quote vs Gouken is " i heard you are pretty tough but you are just a old far past his prime" .
Yet the old man is probably much stronger then her story wise. He beat Akuma once, sealed Ryu’s satsui no hado and survived the raging demon and blocked the demon as well in SF4’s Ryu’s ending ( or evil ryu, dont remember ).
We cant say how strong she is without the FSE, but she didnt avoid a fight with Cammy Juri defeated her twice, she wasnt a challenge for her in the first place, I remeber she tells cammy she is not any different to the other dolls and she defeated the 12 of them.
Cammy defeated all 12 Dolls too, while she had to fight all 12 at the same time.
Juri attacked them one by one and Juni and Juli 2vs1.
The whole Dollunit can force Bison to retreat.

She also used either Juni or Juli as shield and forced Cammy to either stop or hurt her friends.
This actually doesn’t prove anything about Juris strengh,more that she needs the FSE to be even compareable to them.
Chun can create a hole in the Size of a footballfield with a Kikosho
Cammy can penetrate 40mm thick tanksteel by kicking it and move fast enough to become invinsible for the nacked eye.
Her eye also works like a scouter, a unreliable one,since it’s Seths technology and everything Seth builds, doesn’t work if Psycho Power plays a part of the story.
See them as “what if scenarios”, its what she would say if she was able to beat that character.
In other words they are trustworthy in the way that this is how she would respond, because its based on her personality, so they are a good source to define her as either good, neutral or evil, and she is definitely evil.
Fingers crossed that she’s a better character in this game. I love Cammy right now, but Juri could absolutely sway me. How ya been Aries? What’s your CFN?

Let’s hope she’s a better character. Something must have happened in SFIV when planning her because each update gave us mostly fixes and little buffs. With Capcom taking a different route for characters this time I hope she’s good and unique.
The problem in SF4 is that she was viable but due to nuances to her gameplay it was hard to be competitive with her, hope she’s a better and less intricate character in general.
Personally, I’d be satisfied if they make Fuhajin a move that doesn’t require us to hold buttons (I did write about that some pages ago), I know it’s one of the main things that makes her unique, but wouldn’t it just be better to store the projectile without losing normals? There are throws, V-Skill and V-Trigger as well.
Also while playing this game and making people block, I was just thinking that if FSE still allows her to chain normals into one another, then she will be able do a crazy amount of white damage… hoping it stays that way so she can be even better lol.
I was wondering if her stance will change and was also wondering what her vskill could be. What if Capcom gives her two fighting stances that she can have access to anytime she wants. One would let her store the fuhajins and focus more on zoning and extending combos and the other one … ?
Could be a nice twist and could add more to her gameplay.
I wish I had… I’ve read things like her super being really good, cr.HP being jump cancellable and her air HP causing a ground bounce, pretty sure that’s only the tip of iceberg since I have never played the game unfortunately. Also read that she is top tier or at least high tier in that game? All these things just makes me wish the game had lived a lot longer, I think I would’ve played it instead of USF4 if that was the case…
I think they can at least change the properties of her normals to be more like how it was in SFxT for her V-Trigger, some wilder ones like jump cancellable HP and what not so her V-Trigger stands out more I guess.
Her cr.hp was probably (actually it is) the best AA normal in the game by a mile. But after the 2013 where alot of characters got invincible AA’s with law’s flip kick being the best AA in the game (it was stupid). But juri’s cr.hp was still a godlike AA even after it’s nerfs.
