I’m entertained watching some of the DayZ streams, and those who take too seriously or even players who mess around.
It’s just so… lifeless. There’s no true goal other than to survive, but it lacks a lot of things that threaten your very life outside of other players. Having the stream idly play in the background as I do work, this is a good 6 hours a day and I’ve not once seen a Zombie… which apparently this game has.
I have seen the Music Man and that one dude who makes people crush cans and then kills them if they fail. Shit is funny.
EDIT: Speaking of Streaming.
I want to watch my Waifu, SWBeta stream, but I heard he retired gaming cause he got kids or something? Sucks, I enjoy watching him play, desu.
this is for the people who been havin problems with sticking L1/R1 buttons on their DS4.
basically, the rubber conductive pad is really small and has a tendency to move out of place when the controller is shaken enough. easiest fix is to get a slim stick or small flat head and plop out the L1/R1 button, and repositiion the conductive pad until it’s snug between the two crevices.
i do not know why Sony has to use small ass parts for the DS4’s internals. just rapidly pulling the L2/R2 triggers can even displace the conductive pads to the point wehre you get the sticking problem. next batch of DS4’s better use a bigger conductive pad, or at least use some plastic piece to keep it in place.
That happened to me once when I first got my PS4. I’m not saying it fixed it, but it was before I put in my new 1.5TB HDD and reinitialized the system ("(Reinstall System Software)" section on https://support.us.playstation.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5044). It hasn’t happened since then, so if you haven’t put a bunch of time into games/downloads, it may be something you might want to look into?
I’ve had that happen on my PC coming out of sleep mode, and it turns out that it was the HDMI port on my TV. Once I switched the port I never had the issue again. Again, not a “solution”, but just a suggestion to try if you haven’t done so already.
I hope they’ll allow us to use our discs. I don’t really have the physical space to hook up my PS2 or PS1, so it would be convenient if I could just play everything off of one console.
So I ordered a PS4 off Best Buy and it’s supposed to arrive today. If I turn it on and it doesn’t work like the last one I had, expect to feel earthquakes.
