Biggest problem is finding one long enough to stretch across your living room (if playing on the Triple).
I bought a 6ft usb extender paired with my 3ft micro usb cable. Works perfectly for my living room set up; no lag.
Been playing a fuck ton of games with it for the past few months, barring out GTA 5.
My biggest gripe with it so far is that the rubber material on the analog stick seems to start showing sign of wear and tear after a month. It’s not damaged to the point where the rubber is falling off, it just lost that textured surface. But I actually prefer the rubber when it’s wore out a little, gives me better grip.
I’d blame kinect. A lot of people don’t want to jerk off in front of a camera.
Also they dont have games, gamers need to do other things and did we expect PS4 owners to be more…reserved?
So tomorrow is my birthday and my wife decided to get me a PS4 for my bday. So I am only getting one game, so my question to you is what game should I get? I am leaning towards Kill Zone, but otherwise I am unsure as to what to get.
Literally no one will agree with me in here. I got COD Ghosts. Really enjoying it. I got Resogun for free with PS+ and spent some of the PSN $10 they threw in on flOw, which is really cool.
If you are looking for a FPS, Ghosts will likely provide the most bang for your buck; Killzone will be a great way to remind you you’re in the next-gen. Battlefield may be a nice balance between the two.
Well, from what I played of Ghosts, I wasn’t really feelin it. I would probably get BF4 over that. I was thinking KZ, but some say it was boring. AC seems cool, but I just know I will lose interest fast. Who knows. I was considering NBA 2k as well…
Ghosts and COD definitely aren’t for everyone. The campaign has been great so far. I haven’t really jumped into mp beyond training against bots with my friend.
Ah, early adoption. I feel fortunate to be a COD dudebro. Dynasty Warriors 8 Complete will probably be my next game.
Killzone has a good campaign and amazing multiplayer. Battlefield has an ass campaign and great multiplayer. Resogun is free on PS+
I have no interest in anything else personally. Some people believe the Killzone series to be graphical showcases like Crysis, but the thing is the Killzone series(sans 3) has AMAZING gunplay and some of the best hit reactions animations and physics in all of gaming.
Animations and physics vary too depending how or what you shoot/kill people with.
Edit: The animations and hit reactions make the gunplay some of the most satisfying I’ve ever experienced. It’s a sight to behold, just like the Ninja Gaiden series is once you get “into the zone.”
i’m waiting til may. cause it’s around that time evil within will be released.
still no word on the release date of FF XV but that is okay , doubt we will have to wait much longer for that.
