So, my cat to snuck into my room and hopped on my dresser causing my 32’ LCD TV to fall onto my PS4 sending the 2 dualshock 4’s careening in two different directions.
Not a good thing to wake up to, fortunately the PS4 still works as do the controls but the TV got the Bobby Brown treatment so it’s gotta go to the repair center.

I’ve heard that Knack doesn’t review well because it’s a launch title, every reviewer has like 3-4 titles and 6 hour to review them all so they don’t get Knack.
From what I’ve heard is Knack is a sweet game with lots of spacing (dem footsies) and on hard it’s a really solid game that rewards learning how to play the game well.
So if you’re incapable of playing video games (aka a game journalist) then it’s not for you.
See, from what you said, I can tell you’ve never had a pet dog, or even a pet cat.
Depending on what breed of Dog you have (and the dog itself), puppy-hood lasts 1-6 years which involve the dog behaving like a psychotic toddler with significantly more muscle and less thought behind their actions.
Dogs can careen about and cause much more damage than a cat would.
Furthermore, you can train a cat not to destroy expensive things, you want to know how? Keep a spray bottle on hand and if they go near something you don’t want fucked up, you spray them. They do it again you spray them again and from that moment on they will never forget (pending on how smart your cat is and how much it fears water). Most cats are actually smarter than dogs, they’re just much more selfish.
Knack never really looked like it would appeal to me. The addition/subtraction of pieces to the playable character looked real pretty but the game as whole just seems “meh”. The only game i was really looking forward to is Resogun. Infamous being pushed back is a super bummer as that is most likely what was going to sell the game so far. It looked cool. Plus i never had a PS3 so I missed out on infamous but it was one of the games I wanted to try along with many other exclusives.

[details=Spoiler]I’ve had 5 dogs. 2 German Shepards, 2 Pitbull mixes, and an Appalachian Mountain Cur (Weird mix between a beagle and who the fuck knows).
Only one of them got into garbage and such things after the age of 2. But in hind sight that one might have been a bit “special”***. Gotta know how to train dogs properly to make them not act like idiots in addition to being very attentive to what they are doing. On the otherhand I can’t live with or own cats because of my severe allergy to them. Lock me in a room with a cat for too long and I pretty much turn into the media stereotype of a near fatal allergic reaction. The shitty part is that it’s progressively worse as I stay in the room, not something that immediately hits me. But anyway, I have been to many households where they own a cat. Every single cat I’ve met just acts like an asshole at random. Pulling curtains off windows by climbing them. Knocking shit off tables normally breaking them. Taking a dump on the stairs. I havent seen the classic “Scratch stuff because claws” because all of them were de-clawed.
***The dog who was “special” was the appalachian mountain cur, named Sparky. He would eat anything in front of him. Coins, Wood, Grass, Shit, Rocks, Plastic, Rubber, Any kind of animal bone. You name it, he probably ate it at one point in time. The two most ridiculous cases though, were when he ate/chewed up a speaker for desktop surround sound, and when he ate the entire cord for a plug in drill. THE ENTIRE CORD. You’d probably enjoy Knack, but I don’t think you should spend the full price on it, wait for used/sales later on in the generation, there’ll be a long time and I think that Knack will be remembered fondly despite being labeled early as a failure.
