I have nothing to talk about, and I suck at most of the games out right now (FPSs aren’t my thing normally) but I like the idea of streaming lol.

Regarding Flower and my Confusion: Those of you laughing should be, because the whole situation is ridiculous. Here’s what happened… I saw a mislabeled video for some other game, accidentally(?) claiming it to be Flower. I only saw like 10-20 seconds worth of some indie platformer that blurs over into other game styles at certain points. “Well, that looks cool,” I thought… but for lack of a demo since I don’t have PSN+ going just yet I decided to ask you guys if it was any good after all. Turns out I was asking about a different game entirely (one whose title I still don’t know), and I wasn’t aware of that so how in the hell were any of you supposed to be?
Funny thing though. AntiVirginPatrol didn’t steer me wrong. I’m not upset by my purchase, I was just really jarred by it because I was all “Wait, what the…? This is NOT the game I thought I was buying!” It is however an interesting game so far and has been a nice introduction to most of my controller’s functions. Don’t know if I’ll stick with it all the way through, but I think I can get my $7 out of this by the time I move on to something else. AVP, thanks again for your thoughts on Flower!
Moral of the story, watch two videos from different sources just to be sure you’re seeing the right thing before you go buying. It only takes an extra minute or two. At least in this case we can end it like an 80s cartoon, with everyone gathered around me. Then someone says something obvious/cautioning like “Wow, Red Rick Dias, that could have gone a lot worse! You should be more careful from now on!” and we share a fake-as-hell group laugh while the show cuts to its end credits.
