fuck that over 700 dmg is practical!!!
Yeah that’s basically a touch of death combo lol.
wow, sako does it again. It’s impractical though because it seems to work only on seth when he’s in the corner damn it…
Wow, thats a really nice combo, but it only works on seth in a corner(?), and difficult to land unless hit confirmed. Huh, it seems to me that Sako did an instant Super in the air, which is possible; I did it a few times before. But holy **** that damage is so godlike. Lol
love watchin sakos ibuki… kind of like what would happen if motempests execution and mixups met up with daigos reflexes critical thinking and footsies.
dont know if any of you guys noticed, but sako delays the mk after hitting with st.lp (when doing tsumuji loops). ill give you guys one guess as to why…
man that dude is just so godlike it aint even funny.

Basically sako sjc’d into a meaty super from cr hp.I don’t think that the ultra would combo if,let’s say,the kunais hit seth on the head.As far as i tested it in training mode it only works on seth and it is corner only.Still an impractical combo unless you happen to combo into super(not from penguin kicks) in the corner. And the timing isn’t thaaat easy anyways.
Nah for some reason it just looks different in AE. Prolly cause he’s used to the timing with the new faster start-up so it looks more delayed. It was the same way when I was playing in Cali.
I’d like to hear dime_x’s thoughts on why it is delayed
Same reason why you should delay st.LP. You can literally just walk forward in between the link.

gives him more time to hitconfirm. he ONLY does it on tsumuji loops, when hes going to combo into neckbreaker… dude dont bother with the longer timing when canceling into tsumuji.
@little sushi:
naw it can be done in super as well, its just not as noticeable (4 frame delay in super versus 5 frame delay in AE iirc) cant remember if st.lp is +8 or 9…
yeah, i noticed that he also delays the st.lp if hes doing a combo such as: cr.lp,st.lp,st.mk xx neckbreaker… actually he delays the st.lp and the st.mk. makes sense since theres little time to hitconfirm for neckbreaker there… he squeezes every last frame out to give himself more time.
nigga is smart as fuck and has the execution to do dumb shit like that. i remember his console akuma doing that long akuma loop combo… he would step forward after the far st.lp… sakos been doing shit like this forever.

thanks for that insight Dime_X.
This is constructive criticism,
-learn to block viper and keep blocking! Remember that she can basically control the whole screen and I saw she caught you mashing back dash and grab a couple of times. And if this viper would have OS’ed your back dashes with ex seismo = one dead Ibuki
-Cr. forward is your best friend in this match up. It beats all of c. viper’s footsies and dodges her flame kicks. And if you get crossed up your slide will come out, allowing you to whiff punish the burn kick.
-Other than that I like how you reacted to your tc whiffing and went for a mix up.
Tip - cr. strong, and st. hk meaty owns viper for free on wake up. If you time it correctly all of her reversals get punished and delayed grab also beats ex seismo and thunder knuckle
Lol I just noticed that always do the standing medium kick late after doing the lk swipe kick loop. Weird, lol.
I’ve only played a couple of C.Viper players form the UK and none of them were so good at catching back-dashes so yeah, I didn’t know what to do.
cr.MP/st.HK will punish an EX Siesmo cancel? Sweet.
Now that you mention it, I do remember seeing an Ibuki using cr.MK, and punishing burn-kick with Neckbreaker. I just thought THAT C.Viper was bad. Was VERY scared when I burn kicked out of Tsumuji and slide.
EDIT: Oh shit, you mean hold down-back MK to OS a slide? Wow
yeah both cr. mk and slide will avoid burn kicks, if the slide comes out just punish with st. mk neckbreaker
I’m guessing the slide has to be timed right (after the burn kick?), 'cause in casuals it got beat.
I just hold db mk and if I get crossed up I’m still safe
Can’t really say much since you won. You basically just vortexed Viper to death.
