Is that me, or is FWord’s vortex really not on point in this match? No unblockable and almost nothing ambiguous at all

Xiaohai played pretty clean at Evo this year. You can definitely see his old KOF roots showing in his gameplay. He plays simple, good reactions, strong execution, and mix-up heavy when he has the advantage. I like his clean style of play.
I like Xiaohai for one thing: his Cammy is REALLY different (probably due to his KOF habits). He is probably the first very high-level Cammy I see who is not playing in a continuous rushing style resulting in victories seemingly autopilot (cf Alioune, Sako).
He is really patient, has strong footsies, and just waits for the guard opening to happen, nice stuff

In that second video at around 0:45 (when Honda is stunned), can someone explain to me why FWord just does a neckbreaker instead of, say, TC4 xx Neckbreaker (even if it’s not an EX)? As far as I can see, that would have just finished the round right then with a perfect for FWord.
He either fucked it up, or he’s sandbagging the Honda to be a dick.
It did occur to me that he could have just been toying with his opponent (because he has twice the PP/BP), but then the fact that he loses the second round pretty convincingly made me unsure.
I highly doubt he would mess up such an easy set-up for a damaging combo. He was most likely just sandbagging.
Especially if he’s playing online, since there’s nothing really at risk here. This is why it’s so important to show up to offline events if you truly want to contribute to your local competitive scene. You could be the king of casual play, but you’ll just never know if people are just fucking around, or even playing their serious characters.

I like how he plinks everything that is 1f link, and not just for Tsumuji loops. Also it doesn’t seem like he comes from an SF background? He seems to do SJC’s with db -> uf, then the actual special move, unlike most of us who tiger knee motion.
