Hey Izuna, if you were wondering where the execution ever came from it was from hours and hours of playing killer instinct/ssf2t. I was a BEAST!

Oh cool =) we used to play Killer Instinct a lot when we were kids. No characters had throws and overheads were the slowest moves in the game so you really didnāt need to attack until your opponent did.

No way were overheads slow enough for little kids to react toā¦ this game had the most broken stun meter ever! Literally 2 overhead to sweep resets was a dizzy. Didnāt matter the character. I loved no throws. I hated sf for that reason, someone could literally tick throw you to death in sf2. Canāt wait for Rev.3
My brothers were a bit older than me at the time, the oldest being 14. He was heavily into Virtua Fighter 2 for the Sega Saturn, and it was the PAL version to it was SUPER FAST (to get over the 50Hz issue PAL games had). Killer Instinct on the SNES had nothing on him. Those overheads were very slow. =) Speaking of SF2, I abuse Tick-Throws like no tomorrow so youād probably hate to play against me on that.
Speaking of which, I remember when a certain someone said theyād body me in ST 'cause they played Umehara or something and had a replay to prove it. We eventually played and I think you guys can guess how it went.

Tick throws are completely fair game imo, they provide a level of depth and complexity to the mix-up game, even if they are very powerful in the hands of certain characters cough Dhalsim, Blanka, Chun end cough.
Oh and thatās BEFORE all the negative edge tricks that T.Hawk and Honda use.

This Sako/Fuudo video is a treasure. Those are nice advices to play against Fei Long. And watch the Sako Mago as well to understand what were the differences between the two strategies employed here
I can probably get a friend of mine to help me gather clips up. I can just have him pick the characters and me showing all possible ways to stop things with an A.A ageman as well as a few cr.Hp in that mix. Unless someone would be willing to help me capture this. I donāt have my pc with my capture card but I will be making some videos showcasing Ibukiās stuff in the near future.

I mained T.hawk in st lol. Funny that you mention the two because thatās one annoying ass match >.< So, Izuna wouldnāt be able to tick throw me the way he claims. =P
Yeah, we have a pretty good hawk player in my area, name is D NGRS Papercut. Heās pretty beastly with Hawk, knows his safe-jump installs, tick throws, standing 720s, all that shit. I literally canāt let him knock me down once (I play Ryu btw), cuz heāll just do his loops again and again and again, and thereās literally no way for me to get out.
I have a few of his matches on my youtube channel, dude is on point.
I hate to break it to you guys, but thereās nothing hard about SF4 execution ;(
Maybe if youāre already a fighting game veteran (letās go Vampire Saviors?).
But for people whoās first fighting game is SF, picking up characters like CViper or Ibuki on the first day isnāt really an easy task.
Seriously though, I find everything impossible until littlesushi says itās easy, and then I get it mastered in just ten minutes.
