I think charge characters can still “re-charge” during super/animation freezes, but I don’t play charge characters so I could be wrong.

Yeah, I was talking about the one that niko posted. I think charge characters can re-charge but i’m not sure if its enough time. Haven’t really tested that.

yeah, outta the things I did test and got out or punished was teleport, ex messiah, deejay ex kicks, abel ex roll, yang ex dash, and i’m sure there is more.
Or maybe a move with lots of invincibility? Like Ryu’s EX dp.
