I looked into some of the vanity stuff. Kolin is basically losing frame kill set ups in which players can count with normals or find different set ups. If st.hp juggles or becomes a crumple then she is getting a damage buff there. I may not be a master ranked kolin but please never go in the kolin discord. Its just complaining about 2 target combos that come from a move that is heavily telegraphed. Oh btw the vanity cross up against back roll and quick rise got better due to being able to control where she lands.
