I dont think Blanka is very good. They remembered the annoying gimmicky part but forgot the good normals part when making him. His only worthwhile normals imo are cr mp st lk and his sweep
Im hoping Capcom just didnt bother testing him balance wise so they played it very safe cuz they just wanted to get him out fast and they will fix his normals in 3.5!!!

Yeah morbid curiosity got me to play again and only got a single casual match among 10. Hardest part was deciphering the hurtboxes on the stupid story costume but the character himself felt like Sakura, clunky and slow and the critical Blanka tech (the laggy connection) was missing. That said, thank god heās bad (or at least not good in a obvious, evident way) otherwise SF4 levels or derp combined with rollbacks could make SFV join MvCI in levels of (un)hype.

I like both =) . Discord is good for quick casual conversations while the forums is good for slower more indepth talk. Also the forums are much better for archiving anything important you can blink and that discord server with all that tech is suddenly gone cuz someone posted that racist green frog!!

Blanka doesnāt seem THAT bad. his cross up mk is really good. iāve been hit in the front while holding back and it still crossed up. itās janky af. i think thereās a lot of untapped potential with him. not saying heās gonna be top-tier but heās got more to be discovered.
