Shinryuken really isnāt much worse than Heat Rush (which Iāve always considered to be one of the worse 3 bar VTs). S.MPxx Hadouken xx Shinryuken is a pretty sweet confirm and you can use Shinryuken it in a bunch of combos that wouldāve otherwise required Ex SRK, allowing you to save a bar.
I do think a tiny damage buff would be fair though
