Looking at the comments everywhere it seems VT2 will be the worlwide VT to go. Blanka trickery abilities seems refreshing for some… Until he turns out less cheap than expected.
Blanka will be annoying to fight. His jump looks way slower from the clip I saw. If he has EX Electricity with invulnerability frames and EX Blanka Ball with invincibility plus back recovery, he’ll be hard as hell to pin down. I wonder how good his hop is. And how good will his meterless damage be. Can’t do SFIV levels of damage, he’ll get flattened easily.
Watching the video, it seems that only EX Blanka ball moves horizontally?
All the other ball attacks are either vertical ball, rainbow roll, or VT1 active only special move Ground Shave Rolling.
I’m guessing this is the SFV tweak they made to make him less obnoxious online.
We knew hori blanka balls were getting nerfed somehow. Even in IV throwing out raw hori balls was mostly the scrub stuff
With that said I think I do remember seeing a regular hori ball during his VT2
