I’m not sure who else Akuma can swap with. Karin got Ingrid…Rashid got VJ…Waifus got Monster Hunter…there aren’t too many Bad Ass Capcom characters that can match Akuma.

Also add Poison. I miss how easy it was to mod SF4 ;-;

I use 21 and 16 and they got normals for days.

Thought so in regards to SFV’s two wake up options. I think most of the characters I use have a mix of manual timing + baby easy meaties. Had to train myself to stop using Juri’s stHK against certain characters and go for a walk up instead. And Karin has a lot of command dash/dash up meaties too. Birdie basically has jack shit.

And then you have characters like Ed/Ibuki/Gief which have the easiest meaties I can think of in SFV. I think Zeku (Young) is up there too.

Edit: Think the next time I’m on I’ll start paying a lot more attention to how my opponent recovers, I think it’ll help others too who have flowchart issues.

Everytime I try to play DBFZ I mess around with Hit or Cell for a few minutes, realize I’m not playing Marvel and get bored. Plus I hear playing it online is still a huge mess. It sounds like going through a Japanese dungeon RPG to maybe get a match. I’ll try to see if I can just find some people locally to play for a while to understand the game and then hopefully it’s better then. Even then, it’s still a very press a lot of buttons and air dash around the same space all the time game with people that scream and yell a lot. Just not Marvel and not even like a in a good, alternative way.

I think my brother got Uniel so I may check it out.
