It’s only really safe for Sim to throw out his long normals at max range. Anything closer and Abi can punish. Ex and armor moves are a problem for Sim as he doesn’t have any fast multi hitting moves, and when he’s in the corner he’s dead.

Try eating by the way of Keto or paleo. Only eat complex carbs like sweet potato’s and brown rice about every 2 days to make sure your body keeps a level of leptin. Avoid eating fruits and other things having sugar. Drink only water and green tea to help your metabolism burn fat. And eat more fats like olive oil and or coconut oil. I personally mix a shot glass of olive oil with my protein shake after training.
Incorporate some High Intensity Interval Training each time you workout. Jump rope is excellent for this. Gotta be pouring sweat when you are done doing it.
