I’m not the best Menat, but constantly playing against the character should help you out. Your posts make it look like it’s a 10-0 MU :neutral:

His post is a little dramatic, but the parts that are real are real. That match is at minimum 4 to 3.5 / 6.5 for Chun. It’s somehow more of a struggle than Guile and with the game having so many characters now, playing different characters save you a lot of trouble. It’s winnable, but like Sim and Guile requires a lot of effort and forces you to play too much out of what makes Chun strong to win. There’s other characters that have better tools for the matchup.
Chun’s floaty jump and lack of projectile bypass pretty much plays into Menat’s hands. You have to come at her from very obvious angles that she always has answers to. Plus Chun isn’t unga bunga enough to reward herself enough when she finally gets in. Those type of matchups make MOV drop her and HumanBomb pick up other characters to go with her.
If you’re at a tournament trying to win, you really shouldn’t be trying to force that matchup as a Chun player. Have someone else around to make things easier.

Well if you would play a regular character instead of that spammy MKX/Blayblue shit with Fang, you would get more games.

There will be certain rounds where your whole plan just works and you completely decimate the other player. And you know the other person is sitting there in their snuggie going what the fuck just happened, I definitely ain’t re matching this bullshit.

I think Abi wins that MU. You just got to go more yolo… keep putting Sim in 50/50’s and use the sweep more. There’s a diamond Abi I keep playing and he never gives me a moment to breath and reset the neutral.
Yeah Sakura is fun but it feels like she has a dead zone in her neutral where nothing works.
TBF I think I’ve fight maybe 1 Sim a month so maybe that does work. I just have no idea how to yolo Sim, and just spam run flip. You can feel the zen coming off your sim, in total control the whole time.
I mean, how is Abi supposed to play an honest and noble game of footsies against the guy with 12 ft limbs
