Just using the numbers on there this is what I got from Ryu’s changes so far. JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOWS, I’M GUESSING ON EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE THROW CHANGE.

-Forward throw stun increased from 120 to 150
-Level 1 VT Fireball damage increased from 70 to 80. Now -2 on block instead of -6
-Level 2 VT Fireball damage increased from 90 to 100. Now 0 on block instead of -4
-Level 3 VT Fireball damage increased from 120 to 130.
-V Trigger EX DP stun decreased to 200 from 250.

I mean, it’s better but unless Ryu’s VT1 last a lot longer it’s still not that good even with those buffs.

From what I can guess, a move for Alex was changed from either 6 frames to 7 frames or vice versa.

LP command grab now does 170DMG/200STN instead of 160/220.
MP command grab increased to 180/230
HP command grab increased to 190/250
EX command grab increased to 230/250

That’s all I can deduce.

Edit:

Seems Lariat is now +7 on hit and has it’s active frames changed from 3 to 4.

Few things I got from 'Gief notes are:

Crouch Jab:
1 Damage changed to 30 ⇒ 40
2 Link window changed from 3F to 2F
3 The whole animation now lasts 14F from 12F
4 It went from + 4F on hit to + 3F

Crouch short:
Can’t cancel special attacks from it.

Crouch jab got hit, but I will have to try it in game to notice how bad that will affect me.

Fwd MK (Knee):
Landing recovery time increased by 3F

Stupid counter move that counters nothing:
Input changed from DP+P to DP+PP
Cannot be cancelled from normal attacks

I like this “buff”.

V-Trigger 1 - Cyclone Lariat:
It gives you more ex bar on hit.

If this is true it won’t make it to 3.5. Probably only get to enjoy this for like a 1/3 of the season at best.

Her dash is NUTS once you’re in VT and to be able to get it once you lose 30 to 35 percent health, just takes some hits throw LK fireball store, VTC dash in go HAM.

@Paradise1955 I see some random slight nerfs with c.LP or s.LP I think. If I’m reading right looks like c.MK got buffed. Is now plus 3 on hit and only minus 2 on block. Which means if you land it on counter hit can combo s.LK or s.MP after. Makes her a little more like SFIV Ibuki who could combo counter hit c.MK as well.

Shoulder throw - different advantage after knockdown (Presumably better going off of videos)

St.Mp - pushback change? I think (Doesnt actually say if its better or not)

Cr.Mk - something about hit back distance being increased, I guess longer hitbox

Axe Kick - 8f to 9f. better advantage when you cancel the 2nd hit into vtrigger

Parry - Pushback change?

Ex Hado - recovery change from 44 to 42. vtrigger cancellable
