Yea, you have to keep the name or the DLC is useless. You don’t have to keep their passwords, just the account name.

Late response but actually… you should be able to delete the new username created (by the way how DO you delete it?).
However, whatever you do, do not go to account management and deactivate the account. The activation should remain on your system despite deleting the person’s created username on your XMB
