Will you be using her on point?
I dunno much about either Joe or Arthur, especially their assists. If she’s on point then I think she’ll need someone that compliments her offense in some way. She obviously a character that needs to get close to do damage, so it’s best to find an assist that can be used as a shield and/or an assist that discourages projectile spam. Do Joe or Arthur offer any of that? I dunno.
Can’t say how she’ll be as an assist since hers haven’t been revealed yet. Although I very much expect her dashing low punch and/or her running command grab (that leads to a dizzy) to be an assist for her. Both would be a huuuuuuuge benefit for damn near any character.

On point means that will be your primary (starting) character.
Why would she be trying to save her enemy from being hit by a car if the purpose is to stop the threat? Wouldn’t you want them to be hit?
