Yeah the thing with me is that I like to think that all my characters at least have a chance on point, and I’m not just picking a character solely for his/her assist (i.e. Psylocke, and Doom to a lesser extent). Pure theory, but it seems like a well balanced team will be especially useful in MvC3 since it looks like so many characters will have 100% combos–since anyone who strictly plays by the “I need x character for AA assist” will have a huge chance at getting their team synergy fucked up in one combo. Granted this could happen in MvC2 as well, but seeing the traditional low tier archetypes with 100% combos gives me hope that they’ll be able to compete alot better in this game than in MvC2. Thus people may put more thought into their team makeup instead of “I only take Psylocke for AA or I only take Doom for rocks.”

Yea I think she’s got some really solid AA by herself. Plenty of special move and super options. AA is the least of my concern for her at the moment. By FS do you mean full screen? Because I dont think her anti air super grab is full screen. If you are thinking of her debut vid where she grabbed Trish, be sure to check the vid again. Capcom used some editing there.

I reaaaallly want to know what here assists will be. Still hoping for the slide punch and the dashing dizzy grab.

EDIT: Yah I can’t believe she got a flash kick either. :lol: Quite honestly I knew that if Capcom put her in then she would be a grappler, but I didn’t expect a Fuerte style grappler. Command run? Ok sure. Back flipping off a wall? Wtf?!?!? Senton Bomb off a wall? Are you serious??!?! hahaha. With all her pro wrestling moves I think they tried a little too hard to make her different from Hulk.

I have a few projected characters but no exact teams. She Hulk , Zero , Ammy , X-23 , Morrigan , Dorammu , Chris , Jill , Magneto right now… So i dont know how im gonna figure out teams. lol…

I was thinking something like dorm/shulk.Since she really needs someone to defend her.

All her current costumes got her in shoes. Althoooooough they could give her original “Savage She Hulk” costume as an alt, which was basically her wearing a torn night gown and nothing else. Speaking of feet, her character model’s feet are way too big, especially when compared to her head. Her head is so damn small, and I can’t un-see it. :confused:

I still think she needs to be thicker in the legs though. She looks like a taller Trish right now. Needs to be something like this:

she might have the loop he has unless u cant cancel her normals with it or if there isnt a stop feature in the run move

OMFG I am such a fucking idiot. I was up there getting hype over the possibility of her using the super to grab incoming opponents. I had COMPLETELY forgot about her normal anti air grab THAT LEADS TO A DIZZY. Will there be any possible way for the opponent to avoid it??!? Unless they decide to make incoming characters completely invincible, or change the properties of the throw entirely (i.e. make it a normal throw instead of a dizzy, or make it blockable) then that means ffrrrrraaaaaaaayyyy big combos on incoming characters. Spencer has an anti air grab as well so he may end up getting some juicy shit too.

Ugghhhh so many theories to test. She could really end up being a fucking monster.

LOL, not only that with her run then slide she can relaunch the opponent into another combo and one of her dash commands is a punch that can be continued. Facing a She Hulk mast is gonna be bad. I mean, she seems to have two command throws. The dizzy and the command run throw.

I’m sure Capcom has something in place to prevent her from stunning the opponent over and over. hehe

It wouldn’t suck but it wouldn’t be as good as if it didn’t.

To me this is really fucking huge and can make grapplers alot more viable, especially since it looked like they removed guard break combs (if someone can confirm?). It would be a real bummer if her anti air throw is blockable. :sad:

Still though if is isn’t blockable I see no reason to waste her super anti air on an incoming opponent at all. May as well go for the normal dizzy throw into combo, and then into her lucha super.

Shit I can’t wait to try out similar stuff with Thor as well. He has a command grab that can be done in the air, and it can lead to juggles. I have no doubt he’ll have 100% combos (especially against pixies). So he should be able to do 100%, and then air to air command grab the incoming character and juggle them for AT LEAST 40-50%.

Hell, hopefully Haggar will get either some anti air, or air to air throw love.

Can you do supers during an air exchange? Like, if you’re in the air comboing, exchange to your next character, can that next character do a hyper combo still or is “exchange” a different “state” if you will.

Because fuck I want to ultimate haggar piledrive people durin that shit
