I’m having mixed feelings about this. I want to watch it b/c it’s SB and all, but I can’t help but giggle every 5 seconds simply b/c it’s “live.”

Had no Idea that Funi is releasing The Last Party in English…time to pre-order.
Yeah I haven’t heard them announce it just yet. Might have missed it. Sometimes Amazon is faster though.
Can’t wait to own the movie! I’ll hold off an a pre-order and see if Funi brings it to the New York Comic Con and buy the Blu-Ray from them there. No tax at conventions.

Will probably be a couple of weeks before I pick it up with the New York Comic Convention being close and all. I might get it at the convention, we’ll see.

Yeah Amazon gets stuff at different dates than comic book stores. Sometimes earlier, sometimes later. Regular book stores like Barnes & Noble have different dates for things too but Barnes dates are ‘usually’ the same as Amazon.
Gonna have my city’s anime store special order this one just like how I requested them to get me the Persona artbooks. 
Moved stuff around and put buying other things on hold and it looks like I will pick up my copy this week. I guess I just can’t wait.

Hoping this is not an April Fools prank…
I hope the game keeps the tag system and/or has online Co-op. That’d be the shit. It’d be nice if the story becomes its own thing instead of just doing history like Koei’s games.
I wonder if there will be any changes to the combat system, and I can’t wait to see new characters and gameplay.
PS3? Well, that’d make it a nice little “last hurrah” for the system, unless something else interesting gets announced that late. Will probably have to import it, as SB3 (understandably) didn’t catch on in America.
BASARA 4 is probably going to be a prequel since 3 was Sekigahara, and one of the “keywords” for 4 is “genesis”
BUT! It does mean we will almost surely get AZAI NAGAMASA BACK!
And maybe Hideyoshi with SB3 size moveset. Also, possibly Air SPD’s.
That would be pretty sweet yo. One of the best things about Utage was seeing some of the older generals get a full moveset, like Uesugi.
Well, it’s pretty much confirmed that SB4 is going to be a prequel of sorts. The voice over in that teaser (who is none other than Shuuichi Ikeda aka Char Aznable from Gundam), talks about the end of the Muromachi period. The Muromachi period is the direct predecessor to the Sengoku Jidai, and more or less officially ended after a lot more civil unrest and wars broke out and Nobunaga installed a puppet into the seat of the Ashikaga Shogunate.
In other words, it looks like we’re going to get a game that will focus more on Nobunaga’s early days. Possibly before he became the “SuperFuckingEvil!Demon King of the Sixth Heaven” that we know him as.
In fact, if you look at the two silhouettes shown at the end of the teaser:
The one on the left looks distinctly like the “Young!Nobunaga” concept art that Tsuchi made some 6-7 years ago:

Always wanted to play as this version of the guy. He probably was another Dante-expy, much like Masamune!
Maybe, maybe not, it likely depends on how much time they were given to make characters/movesets this time around. It being a prequel likely won’t stop them from using characters like Masamune and Yukimura, even though the guys should be still in diapers or otherwise not born yet.
If they really cared about “canon” that much, they likely wouldn’t have had Motonari trolling people in SB3. Motonari would have been like over 100 years old if he actually lived long enough to see the Sekigahara battle!
