I think if you don’t have a team name, I reserve the right to come up with your team name.
Hint: They will all be from Urban Dictionary, and someones teamname will be Seattle…well…it involves a sock.
3v3s are dumb to me. I feel it’s just a bunch of waiting. 2v2s I feel we can fly through as long as we don’t do sets.
I think the same can be done with trios, the only difference is, instead of say, 15 2 man teams, it would be 10 3 man teams.
and a more awkward bracket with 6 byes instead of 1. Never got the 3v3 thing. If you’re going that far why not just amp it up to 5 v 5s. I dunno I like 2v2 since it’s simple and quicker for team match-ups which allows more peopel to play through. A 3v3 set at it’s QUICKEST take the same time as a 2v2 set at it’s slowest (3 matches). More people get to play and it’s not alot of teams wih 2 weak 1 strong. Which defeats the purpose of a team. I dunno. I feel 2v2 can be balanced and allow unexperienced players to get more matches in and so forth without the amount of waiting 3v3s creates.
Roster size and the significant counter game in super makes 3v3’s my favorite. I vote for tournament wars season 1 rules.
Would anyone want to team with a ssf4 noob? lol. This will be my first sf tourney, and I might be a tad late since I have a melee tourney that same day, but let me know!
