I have a ps3 with 2 te’s, the arcade cabinet, if you don’t like the controls on the cabinet we can plug in 1 of my tes. my other te is first gen so it doesn’t read the usb card. if you have a ps3 second gen te or any 360 te that would work for player 2.
and I have a wii for tvc but no sticks just classic controllers.
but if Putter decides to come and is generous enough to bring his setup, then that’s an extra one there too.

I wish I can go but school is starting for me and I gotta get used to my semester classes.
For you guys at Elk Grove, I will be hanging at Tapioca Express (although it’s now called Tapioca and Tea) like usual and will play 3rd Strike Online Edition in the shop’s Astro City cab in the afternoon from Tuesday til Thursday (maybe Friday if I don’t go to Southtown Arcade and RAMnation). Lets practice some shit!
I now have the urge to play CVS2 after playing a lot with BlackNoob at Southtown Arcade as well as watching many A-CHO Kyoto videos. Also I wish Sang would find a way to have it in the cab. I don’t wanna deal with 2 frames of inherent PS2 -> PS3 emulation lag and I hope the Cthulhu boards inside it are Multi Console instead of being the regular ones. The PS2 method is at least hella cheaper than actually buying a full NAOMI GD-ROM kit although that would be sick too.

When you invite a big group of strangers into your home, shit does get a bit weird when other people in the house don’t trust everyone.
My dad was a bit worried at first when I started inviting people over so I don’t blame your wife for her thoughts on the matter. I’ll see if I can get someone to bring a monitor, and I can bring my Xbox Set-up, and maybe an extra chair.

after the couch comes in I think I will have plenty of chairs. Couch supposedly seats 3 people but I assume 2 people will sit on it, couchy chair is 1 person ottoman 1 more, 2 other stools, 2 office chairs, 1 arcade stool. 4 dining set chairs and 2 outdoor patio chairs.
really my main concern is how I’m gonna hook everything up. I need some strips and a couple extension cords.
yeah you and her are both right, I’m sure we will have fun though. let’s just try not to be super super loud, just cuz of my sleeping baby, that’s really more what my wife is concerned with.

We’ll try to be quiet, but you know how Marvel can bring out that hype. Especially when at times when I clutch some fierce games with Haggar.
Do you need any power outlets? I have one that I can bring.

anyway yeah bring the outlet. Right now I have a spot with an outlet available, and for the other spot I have a 100ft grounded extension cord, I just need that outlet to plug in on the other end.

I’m doing a session today at my place, and Myke is doing a session tomorrow(Monday).
Session at my place today. Starts at 3pm, ends at 12 am or later. I got my 32" HDTV that has no lag, and is ran with a Xbox 360, so if you play on PS3 pad, well… sorry, I don’t have a PS3 set-up unless someone brings another monitor and puts in a PS3.
I personally don’t own TE since I’m a pad player, but people who are coming will bring their sticks so we should have at least 2 sticks to share. If you want to play AE, please request it since I’m usually playing Marvel. Also, if there’s another set-up brought, then we can have AE on that.
If you are interested in coming, please send me a pm for my address, or a text if you have my number.
I MAY be able to bring my PS3 setup with Marvel 3 and BlazBlue depending if my mom can drive me there or not.
Yeah Ace if you could, please bring it. I know there’s a couple PS3 players here and i don’t own one sadly.

I wish I could make it down and play but I’m booked today at work so I won’t be getting off till 10, and when I get home I’ll finish setting up for tomorrow.
Update:
I picked up the couches, so there’s now less walking room in the garage, but there’s plenty of seating. The dude that gave me the couches seemed to have read my mind, and gave me a power strip! so I I don’t think I will be needing your guys’ strips, but bring them just in case, if we can figure out a place to put a fifth setup. Right now it’s set up for my ps3, arcade cabinet, and 2 blank spots. Oh yeah dude also gave me an old xbox (not 360), so I might mess around with that too at some point so we might have something extra in the future.
another cool little update is my brother in law gave me his copies of Blazblue calamity trigger, and SSF4, so we got those too now. we won’t have all the ssf4 characters for now since i just got it and never owned it, so I will have to unlock them.
so yeah Garage fights is a go!!!
to all that are coming, my house is gonna be the one with the garage door open. I was gonna put signage out but I figured an open lit garage is probably a better indicator if it’s dark. just walk on in!
OG XBOX? I still have my CvS2 from the OG Xbox so I could see if it still works. I haven’t played it in a long time, so I dunno if it’ll actually run due to its condition.
What you mean unlocking characters? Are you talking about Arcade edition characters? In SSFIV everyone is playable from start.

I never owned ssfiv. I noticed in AE that they are all unlocked. I thought you had to unlock on super that’s what my brother in law told me, but he hasn’t played it in a long time so he must have had stuff mixed up. well you can always bring CVS2 for xbox but I have it in my arcade cabinet. bring it anyway if u want.
