Hmm, what I saw one Siliconera interested me about this game. I enjoyed SF4, and dimps was behind that. Plus destructible clothing makes me extra curious.
I can’t find any good quality videos on this though, and am still curious on the fighting style. Anyone can help?
Some footage of the Nesica version of the game. The players aren’t exceptionally good, nor are the changes to the game especially evident aside from stuff like the title screen:

A lot of good tournament footage for this game came from http://www.ko-hatsu.com/ but the hosting on those old videos is kind of spotty (some are literally 7 years old). If you search youtube with a string like TRF2 or ザ・ランブルフィッシュ2 you can find some footage. ReXXXSoprano has upped a bunch a footage of the game from Nicovideo, coming from a variety of sources.
