Been in training mode to check and neither st.mp xx mp GT or st.lk, st.mp xx mp GT work on standing or crouching Blanka (dive kick, st.mp xx mp GT works irregularly). However, with or without DK and st.lk before it - st.mp xx hp GT works on standing and crouching Blanka.
As for st.mp xx mp GT working on all other standing characters I haven’t checked everyone but it doesn’t work on Sakura for one (nothing works on her, almost as bad as Blanka!)
I might try and make a video covering this, seems like there’s a lot of variables

vs. Adon: How can Rufus combat Adon’s Jaguar Kicks? I’ve tried to react with st.fierce but it usually trades; should it stuff it cleanly?
Seems v.jump forward into fierce into fierce tornado works on crouching Blanka (can lead into 564 damage in the corner w. ultra), and v. jump roundhouse into fierce into fierce tornado (580 w. ultra). Ir’s all about the recoil animations you trigger and their morphing hitboxes. The meatiness and lateness of hit can affect recoil too; for instance some jump-in hits will make the characters eyes bulge, others they will throw their head back, all depending on how late you hit the button and where it makes contact; each of these has different hitboxes.
As an example w. another character (Cammy) you can do jump-in fierce, cl. fierce, cr. fierce, cr. forward, arrow on a standing Blanka, IF his eyes bulge on the jump-in. You have to hit the jump-fierce quite late. Otherwise the cr. forward whiffs, since the subsequent recoil animations are affected as well. Of course all these variables make my head spin.
I don’t know much about how to “stop” jaguar kicks but Cammy’s spin knuckle is and always will be a bad move buffs or not. You ca actually punish it with an ultra on reaction. Nothing to worry about.
FYI, any time adon comes off the wall at you it’s a free full combo/tc ultra. Right when you see him touch the wall jump back and do an instant divekick. If he goes short, no problem it’s just a whiffed divekick. But if he does go at you, your divekick hits him in the recovery and you can do what you want.
Once you have trained them that you will punish them hard for any jaguar tooth the matchup gets a lot easier, imo.
I feel like you guys should know this stuff… Im a T.Hawk player and I play with KDZ… so I get a lot of that Rufus experince… Some new, and some old came up and I figured, to be helpful I will let you in on it…
Thawks new Neutral Jump body splash stuffs all of your wake up options except for two, Ultra and Super… You can EX Snake strike to get out of the situation but it will never connect and then if you do that as a wake up option, you will be in range for a nice roundhouse in the face… This body splash spacing is during a Normal grab. If a T.Hawk does it off of a Light SPD, I will land in front of you, always.
Stand Forward gives a lot of your community trouble… T.Hawks stand forward beats your best poke, Cr.Fierce… something else to be aware of… Its also important to note that if you whiff cr.feirce its free advancement…
Just some input since you guys dont get that much hawk XP there is obviously a lot more but you guys just have to play mo hawk
