Mike Haggar being in MVC3 for some reason put a smile on my face. The more Keits gets on the fence about this game the more I think I’m gonna like it. Keits has said he only liked the very first build they put out because it played like TVC (he lives and dies for this stupid game) and in the last few months has posted things about the newer builds in that it doesn’t have that feel anymore so he has mixed emotions about it.

psycho does slightly more damage at the expense of worse position, scissors puts you closer but does less damage, depends where u are and the life totals. if ur in corner and u neutral jump to combo normally u want to do psycho to get the fuck out of the corner, etc
