Not even when Yipes plays. I don’t see anything but rom to reset x3242343 with Magneto and run away by Storm, which is what we’ve been seeing for years.
Not that I don’t like it, but it is far from “new.”
That being said, I do wanna play it soon. I miss playing it, honestly.

Just focus on the core basics. Your spacing, patience, don’t jump like a mad man(bad akumas enjoy jumping back and throwing fireballs all day, don’t do this, mix them with proper spacing utilizing your good poking tools like cr.mk). Well I have never played you on SSF4, so not sure how your akuma is, but if you mainly focus on him, you can do wonders as he is really good. 
if your going to play guile, zoning is key. patience, and footsies. learn which moves have little to no recovery. guile is really easy to understand, he also has shortcut motions for his ultra. but that’s only half the battle. guile is not a rush down character. but he has the tools for almost every situation. standing fierce is your friend. fo sure.
that’s just a little input right there.
imo though, you should choose at least 2 characters to focus on.

what furix stated learn that, also learn the match up as well by reading the forums since everyone knows reading is very good for you, and dont forget, play better people that know what they are doing and not being random most of the time. For me i just practice my combos and find out what does alot of stun for the most part, then after that i start playing people that are actually good so that way i can get better and learn from my mistake

About SSFIV: I’m kinda getting bored of the game too, even though I’m personally not that great myself. The only thing that’s keeping me from just dropping the game for good is that it happens to be the game everyone plays. I seriously hope that the new Mortal Kombat doesn’t suck, because if it’s good, I might just see myself switching to that. If not, well, there’s always Tekken.
Also, I’m not going to be able to go to the NE1 tourney next month. I’m moving back to New Jersey early in July for family-related reasons. I can still keep up with the scene here and play people online if they wish, though; it’s just that I won’t actually be here in the valley anymore.
