Damn wish I could have made it, good job to Hold Dat, Therapist, and Juan for 3,4,5 in 3s. Wish I could’ve had the chance to face KOfiend, I had to go to my friends b-day gathering. Those things always seem to happen at the wrong time @_@. I’ll be there next time though for sure.

What a tourney Saturday. Thanks to DSP/DXP for running the Capcom games and being a mad man with a clipboard all day. Good matches to Nohoho, John Rambo, Doyle, Bacardi, DSP, and anyone else I played in either casuals or in the tournament. And thanks to the web2zone staff for allowing this to happen.

Fun time i had…only thing i can say about playin upstairs is that u gotta play the stick in ur lap and with those computer chairs it was a bit annoying…see you all at Stamford.
had a fun time, one thing i’d recommend is some fucking better air conditioning next time. If this is taking place sometime in the summer , were gonna die.

Agreed, there was one armless chair that I would always request during my tornament matches.
I just dropped the seat down all the way. I was playing a lot more comfortable than I expected. I know Tony B HATED the fucking chairs. lol
I think the tables should be rearranged next time to accomodate for more walking space. Getting through the 3S crowd was pretty much a tight fit because everyone was crowding that area the most.
I’m pretty shocked at the lack of A-groove at the CvS2 tourney. Dunno if I missed those matches, but yeah.
And Chibi was finally using a stick. 'Bout fucking time.
yea Zealar good shit in HnK i hadnt playd any toki’s yet and was too stubborn to switch up to shin even thouhg i used him in casuals 
and Shoto man our match was heated to many back and forths but u got it man next time maybe :). Gavin our 3s match was too good thanks alot. and to the person who was helping me in CvS2 im sry ur name escapes me at the moment but thank you next time imma get their the same time hopefully we can get some more casuals in so i can really learn that game.

Yeah, we only have a handful of HnK people in NYC. Outside of me, Shotokan Symphony and Karl(fellow GG player), not too many play it. They already have the stigma that if it’s broke, it ain’t fun. I don’t think anyone that played in the tourney was looking at it like it was serious or anything. The game is just fun.
But yeah, we definitely should practice.
