actually neither… and I said 60Gs a year isn’t much because: that roughly comes to 30 bucks an hr if you work 40 hr weeks. But most of America works 50 hr weeks. Which comes to about $24 an hour. If I remember correctly, UAW forklift drivers make roughly $26 an hr at Visteon, sooooo, they get the last laugh, because they didn’t have pay nearly $80Gs to $200Gs like alot of college students do over the course of their 4 years, or be neck deep in loans.

Add to this the fact that, $60Gs a year, after taxes is: $45Gs a year… yea that means its actually like taking home $18 for each hour you work.

As far as your deluded beliefs that people get $60G signing bonuses, just for going to UofM. Don’t kid yourself. Average BSE salary out of UofM is probably about $59Gs. Average MSE is probably $70Gs. And these are amongst those who get jobs. In order to get jobs, you better have done well in school. Its not like you just pay tuition for 4 years and jobs pop out of their assholes for you.
