Intelligent Qube is almost impossible to find cheap. Lower then average print run+high demand=pay out the ass. Also see: Suikoden 2, Panzer Dragoon Saga, Radiant Silvergun. Not really rare, as you can go on ebay and find multiple copies, but people really want them and are willing to pay out the ass for em.
Your best bet is to have a modded playstation and a burned copy.

But yeah, I paid $40 just for the disc I have, no case or book. From Ebay. It was also well worth it. But I don’t know where else you could find it for not $3000000000000.99. The demo disc that it was on goes for like $30 by itself just because of IQ’s demo. I was lucky to get the disc for $35/$5 shipping FROM CANADA. That guy got own3d (Canada’s funny money is like half ours, so he got like 20 bucks).
Me and my husband just came from the movies and i was fucking the shit out of him on top of the ring 2 movie billboard. It was fantastic and we plan on doing it again. This should put an end to my husband’s and jessie’s feud. KISSES!

sadly though my boot disc doesn’t load all my burned import copies but it’s cool i rarely play PS1 anyway
