I was just discussing that with a high achiever female I know a few days ago. She’s older now but she used to be a pro athlete and slept around a lot when she was younger. As she got older she just threw her money around to hook up with young guys. But now she’s married and has a kid and is too old for that stuff.
I can stand most men as little as I can stand most women. If I was a homosexual or a woman I’m sure my focus would be on how most men are unmarriageable.

Get drunk and have sex with whoever -> Wake up in the morning and see who you slept with -> If he’s not as hot as you thought he was then accuse of rape despite having no evidence.
Let’s say the law changes and says every drunk sex equals rape- Can a drunk man who has sex with a sober woman press charges that he wasn’t able to consent so he was raped by her? What if both were drunk? When a chick hits on you at a bar will you now be forced to ask for up to date blood test results before you go home with her? Isn’t the whole point of clubs being places where people meet each other, get drunk and hook up?
Like really, what is the clear practical solution that people can offer to this situation?
The people who write and enforce these laws never go to clubs. Hookup culture is primarily for poorer, younger people. So they never think of these things, they’re thinking of house parties for the wine and cheese crowd when they write these rules. They’re the type of people that think sex is something you do once every month or two. A lot of times it’s angry feminists who hate heterosexual relationships to begin with.
These laws won’t change until women as a whole decide they want them changed. Because men certainly don’t have the power to do it.
Or, you can just always use a fake name and screw the girl at someone’s house party or at a motel. And then disappear before the next morning. I never, ever bring a girl back to my own home. I actually really dislike anybody knowing where I live. My home is my fortress, it’s where I retreat to power back up. I’m certainly not the type of guy to violently rape a girl or drug one, so maybe there is no need for my security measures. A healthy dose of paranoia however hasn’t hurt me thus far.

i mean, not that this argument i am about to say hasnt been said to death, but you cannot just wakeup next to some guys, do not remember the night, and assume THEY drugged you, and THEY raped you. there are plenty of times ive been out drinking with ex’s, we come home and freak, i drunkenly pass out naked, then wakeup in the morning like, WHOA SHIT, what happened, then i start to piece together the night if i can. im not saying these girls may not have been drugged, but there is no evidence that the men you went home with, who let you sleep in their beds (because thats the smartest thing to do if you drugged some girls and took advantage of them. its not to send them off in a cab back home where they can forget the night, but to let them sleep it off next to you. im sure thats happened before, and does, but thats a really stupid thing to do) actually drugged you, and to their knowledge werent involved in consensual sex.
i assume the toxicology report probably came back negative on any drugs used to disable them, considering it wasnt brought up really, and it was just some drunk girls and some drunk guys hooking up, then the drunk girls spazzing out when they woke up naked the next day not knowing where they were. i wonder if they even talked to the guys, or just woke each other up and ran out thinking they had been raped. i mean could there be a possibility that these dudes took some fairly drunk girls home and took advantage of them while they were passed out, sure, but i would need more details on the case.
also imo, there needs to be some guidelines on what if both of the parties are drunk and consent. i mean, its like the cop said, you made a mistake, thats life. too bad this is such an old case, id like to know more about it, but whatever. im sure they went through the basic toxicology report, rape kit, interrogation process, and if after that they have no evidence to charge someone, then thats that. all that nonsense about police abuse is blah. i think the officer was just a little irritated after the fact of the investigation that you girls went out for some partying and drinking, had some drunken sex with some guys, and now youre trying to say they raped you because you do not remember the night. like the officer said, they get these cases a lot, and its not rape, its regret.
im not trying to paint the girls as liars and criminals, but i mean look, just because you said you do not remember, doesnt mean you dont (a good lawyer will eat that shit up). just because you say you had to have been drugged, doesnt mean you were, especially considering that part of the story was just dropped post investigation. just because you say you were raped, doesnt mean you were, and since you do not remember shit, for all you know you girls went back to those guys houses giggling and enjoying the night, made out, took off each others clothes, and had a great night of consensual sex. not a night of you passing out on their beds, and them raping you in your sleep then tucking you under the covers. i assume they didnt get much evidence back of rape from the rape kits they used on the girls.

Just wondering, what states is it illegal to have sex with a drunk woman? In my state it’s perfectly legal to have sex with a drunk or stoned person unless they were administered said intoxicant without their knowledge or unless they are passed out.
Try insulting me in real life and see what happens. In real life you would never insult me like you just did, and I’m not the type to ever start any problems with anybody. On the internet most of you, especially on this site, suddenly gain a lot of confidence and feel like you can write anything you want towards anyone.
