Basically in a nutshell, my supe and boss are the type of people who look out for themselves rather than doing what’s good for the office. Like yesterday, my supe starts ranting on me doing some work that I don’t normally do but it’s real significant to my job. I was checking in these documents to be scanned and he starts saying why do I need to check them in. His idea is just to scan them but if you don’t check these particular document, you will have alot of errors involved and it makes my job 10x harder. This is also the same guy who’s been “passed” around our organization because of how he has treated people. He’s been in my office for 2/12 - 3 years and he’s yelled at seven people in this office on multiple occasions. Let me yell at one person and I’m collecting unemployment.
