I watched Harlem Nights from beginning to end with my dad and my step mom and step brother last night. I never seen the whole movie, only bits and pieces, that movie is funny as hell and well done. the quotables in that movie or out the ass. So many legendary comedians in that movie, most are dead now. So sad Eddie isn’t funny like that anymore, every suit that dude had on in that movie I’d rock today, too clean.

I have to disagree but one thing tho,I think BCC dropped the ball with For The People by changing up the sound.That album was just horrible.Even that cover…A new BCC album is coming out this year,man I hope Da Beatminerz laces that front to back.If not then The new Black Moon album…
For the People was Nyquil status. I loved the lead off single…but BCC was just too big for its britches. Buckshoot and ‘Dat Moon’ lead off…then smif-N-wessun. they should have introduced HS next, then wait a couple more years and THEN bring in OGC…it was just too much, and the average fan couldn’t grasp it all. to alot of people HS’s last song was with Fab 5…YESH YESH YALL.
You know, I never got on that Occult Hymn sequel to TM&TM. Yeah, ATHF still airs, but under a new name–it’s Aqua Unit Patrol Squad 1, but it’s essentially unchanged save for that.
I love the music Adult Swim puts on, it’s always quality. They always drop stuff from Stones Throw or some trippy low-key shit.
I downloaded the electronic album Ghostly Swim and it was good. It had a FlyLo x SamIam collab called FlyAmSam, the track was called “The Offbeat”. It was sick.
That being said, AS was how I discovered Aesop Rock, who I like. What are your guys’ opinions of him?

HAHAHA Home Depot > BCC…ninjas had to eat. Sean Price was selling verses for $500 on craigslist (now other artist are doing…I’mma get Bizarre on my album HAHA!). Real talk though - if you’re not a big act, touring is HARD not just physically and mentally, but finacially. I let Cavemen Theory and co crash at my apartment when I was moving out (so I didn’t care since I wasn’t there) and was told later that the simple fact that I let them stay there for free - they got to break even/come out ahead on their entire tour/made it worth while - that was just the East Coast tour. So I mean - think about how many ninjas we are talking about - I think BCC was 9 deep off rappers alone (for their top two tiers…if you got the actual CD for For The People, you know they were on some NY No Limit shit…so a tour could quickly dissolve to 20-30 ninjas stuck on a single bus cause thats all they can afford, - going to perform in B-Tier venues, where they may make say upwards of 5k, but split between the number of members, and paying their way - they are NOT coming out ahead. Its not like Top Dog was going to turn a profit doing merch sales. And OGC & HS wouldn’t even be the headliners so they’d have to claw for the bucks they got. Suktastic situation to not actually be ‘Top Dog’ in a “average Joe’s Wu-Tang Clan”.

So over the weekend my cpu fucked up. Then i go back into iTunes and alot of my songs are cracking. But not on my iPod. IDK if its just iTunes or if the files themselves got fucked up, BUT ITS PISSING ME OFF!

Externals are a waste of money, 3/5 of them die within a ‘relatively’ short amount if time. I’ve had 4 so far…
my 500 gig (WD) music one, the enclosure eventually gave way while the HDD was stilll good. Lasted me like 3+ years.
My 750 gig (Seagate) - pr0n and random back-up, the enclosure gave out, HDD still good. Lasted 2+ years.
My 500 gig (WD) portable for music - lasted 1 month…everything is ‘done’.
My 1.5 TB (Seagate) - back up for everything, gave out on the second use. Nothing was good. Customer service was ASS.
Your best bet with data is to spend a little more - get black label WD drives and put them in an aftermarket enclosure - like an icydock. The reliability is so much better, and coming from someone who lost almost everything because hs back-up failed when trying to back-up my system, those things are far from reliable.
