btw this Common album is dope. I can’t say it enough. (been) lovin’ every track off this thing.
Listened to this while I was pumpin that iron tonight, tape goes ham, chamillionare went off on that second to last track, I’ve never heard that dude spit like that.
Yo u jammed that track with action bronson
i posted this like 3 pages back.
take bjj especially if its a gi class. itll teach alot of the same wrists grabs and escapes akido would. as well as mma would be good for take downs, and general fighting. but if i was you itd be more applicable for a surprise and run method.
ex. using takedowns is sumtin most people wouldnt expect and would catch them off guard and would allow you time to run.
they offer mma and boxing in the same gym, it’s also the premier gym in my city for boxing, I’ll just let them know I’m there for fitness and cutting my body fat % down but also to learn how to properly defend myself if the situation arises.
if you have any questions at all hit me up or post here. like i said ive been doin martial arts my whole life, its what i teach as well.
the bjj dojo does have Gi and non Gi classes, just looked. But I really wanna box, they can show me everything in one place.

this is horrible.
shit make sure youre in good shape before joining a boxing gym…
I been working out for going on 4 years, I can swing it.
I’m pervy to basketball shoes - I’m pretty damn indepth about them. You said you were ortho - does this mean you’ll need something on the wide side? do you wear ankle supports BESIDES the shoes? When you run are you going long distances? Are you willing to cop a couple pair or trying to find a do all shoe? Got a budget?
If you need slightly wider kicks - then go with a Nike that has an air max bubble (full length). NOT the 360 air technology - those are actually cut super thin. The downside to those is they typially weight a bit more which can become noticable for long distance running.
Avoid Addidas, they are almost always cut super narrow. Avoid Reebok, they are ty;pically heavy as hell, lack durability, and are prone to hurting people’s ankles (say hi to John Wall)
Look at something with hyperfuse tech - they essentially melted together three different types of materials to create a stronger upper thats frnakly light as SHIT. As well they have increased breathability - all win. I actually work out in these *different coloray - I have the obnoxious blue with volt accents - http://www.eastbay.com/product/model:160937/sku:54143006/nike-hyperdunk-2011-mens/black/blue/?cm=GLOBAL%20SEARCH%3A%20KEYWORD%20SEARCH Because my workout routine is just running, I steered away from the full length air and opted for zoom-air - they are low profile ‘gas’ (none of Nike’s ‘air’ shoes actually use air) pockets that are a bit more responsive…well lower to the ground, and lighter. They provide a wonderful feeling when running, though feel dull when simply walking.
Be warned. Shoes such as New Balance wil lfeel AWESOME out the box, but the majority of their cushion experience is based on phylon (or similar material) insoles. The problem with cushioned based on that? It feels great at first, but it wears down overtime at a much more accelerated rate (think about it they are just a sponge). The benefit is they are typically cheaper, but they don’t hold up as well over time. My recommendations typiically are going to be
Nike Air Hyperfuse (cheaper version of hyperdunks, though due to sales, hyperdunks are cheaper now)
Nike Air Hyperdunks
Kobe VI (if you want lowtop)
Lebron Air Max soldier (any of the model numbers really)
If you need help beyond this or have more questions, shoot me a holler. Oh avoid lunarfoam tech as well, its just like phylon midsole based shoes.

And in high school, did tha stop folks from punkin folks? As well - right now Drake is what third highest selling rapper of the year? Maybe second behind Lil Wayne? No one is really trynna get at Wayne right now - he’s got longevity and lurch, but if you are aspiring to touch the throne, Drake is the next in line to snuff and throw on WSHH. I’m not disagreeing with you conceptually…but in terms of what it do…throwin shots at Drake will get you more notice than throwing shots at Wyclef. Hell think abou it…we are talking about it NOW.

lol the michelle lookalike is the best
Old head rappers IMO are going in on Drake because they see how pussified “Rap” has gotten. Same way most of us talk about skinny jean hipsters and what not. When half of your album can be played on Pop radio stations and you claim to be the “best rapper alive” or what not, they (and I) have a problem with that
Everyone says ‘their the best rapper alive’ :eyeroll:
But DAYUMN I saw the video for ‘U Mad’ or whatever by Patrick feat Goblin and Minaj…oh my goodness…I always felt Minaj was iaght…but that one outfit she had on? SHIT, I threw the rape face on yo. She’d get the soft pipe until it wsa the hard pipe until it was the soft pipe again damn blank out.

yo is Action Bronson athiest?

iiiight fam what everyone doin for the holidays…
I wanna know who did that beat or what original song he took that from…
