its amazing to me how we all joke about that phrase “god cant fix ugly”…its so true. ex-girlfriend from when i was sophmore hit me up on fb…i was fat she was ugly…good combo then hahah. now im not fat…but she’s still ugly…man i was in a bad place then haha.

I’m really looking forward to going to school next year, due to circumstances with the exit exam the State of Louisiana has for graduating from High School I did not take the ACT. So the beginning of next year in preparation to go to College in the fall I’m going to take prep classes at the community college for the ACT. What suggestions and advice do you guys who have takin it in recent years have for me? I want to try to eventually get a 25 or better on it.

50 is making pretty much the same music he’s always made, i’ve never understood how people claim to have been fans of him back in the GRODT days but don’t like what he’s doing now without just admitting that their own tastes have changed.

I’ve always asked that question and always got the answer that it was because the Japs lost property during internment. They got 20 racks off of that ish.

that’s pretty much bullshit. the vast majority of the people that lost their shit were dead and buried by '85 or whenever they got those checks. either way, the fact that black people didn’t even get an apology for slavery until the 90’s should tell you why there were no reparations.

I think the family’s of people who were lynched during Jim Crow should be compensated financially. Theoretically to the tune of what the lynched individual would have made in their life time had they not been lynched, plus the price of whatever property damage they incurred, indexed for inflation.

That won’t even happen though, because most of the lynchings, went down in Southern states, like Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee that have Republican Senators who don’t even believe in admitting that Jim Crow was wrong. There are at least 450 fully documented lynchings in Georgia alone.

However…that’s really besides the point. In all honesty, the simple act of White Americans acknowledging the fact that they have White privilege would be 1000 times more beneficial than reparations of any sort.

ACT for in state schools, SAT for out of state schools according to my aunt and a couple of people. It depends on the school, with me going to the little public college here I don’t need a super high score. But I’m thinking ahead, if I want to get into Georgia State for the masters program I’m sure they want good test scores and GPA.
