Are you using 236D for the blowback on AOA-D? Your button inputs should look something like this:

5A+B -> MASHMASHMASH -> 236D (triggers blowback) -> (delay slightly) 5A -> 5B -> Flame of Hades hits -> 214B -> 214214A
