Most RQtters don’t always RQ, they do it from time to time => vs low ranked players, or players they think who wouldn’t record them
also it’s such a shame to see so many platinum RQtters.
I will even go so far and say that only 10% of all the current platinum players are actually legit. the other 90% are frauds.
Legit platinum players are Sabin, Jimmy, Phenom, Ryan Hart etc who are also on my FL - I spar vs them

Not every leave is a “ragequit”. Leaving an unplayable match EARLY ON is not a “ragequit”. There’s a big difference between leaving as soon as you realize the match is unplayable, and leaving as soon as you realize you aren’t going to win. The former means you realize the netcode/matchmaking in this game is unacceptably terrible for a 2016 release and you have better things to do with your time than mash out a few rounds of teleport-fighter-five, while the latter means you’re utterly pathetic.

I’m not talking about a gold title you moron. Do you even know what I’m talking about? I have no intent on playing this mode when I’m finished. It’s no more pathetic than designing your own fightstick or background on a website. It’s a style choice and has nothing to do with bragging rights. The game store is going to have colors, titles, and costumes tomorrow. People grind on survival for more colors. Clearly the style choice is something they enjoy if they’re going to be playing a long time and they want variety. I personally create my own colors for my character (as I did in the video, they’re custom made). I enjoy designing things as I’m an artist as well. The title looks cool to me and I want it. What’s wrong with that? Now that lobbies are getting fixed it’s the perfect time to transition to them since I was having problems with them before.

I am still surprised about rage quitters. I am not the greatest player out there - I sit in around the upper Super Bronze level, which I am A-OK with. I’ve made it as high as Ultra Bronze, which was pretty good for me. I had one day where I almost made it to Silver. I played really well, but had 3 or 4 rage quitters in a row, then was pummeled back down to Super Bronze. I have had a few people disconnect mid match as well, which I am guessing was from a poor connection. Heck, I have even been disconnected from the game server before during a match, or the game has crashed on me.
I have yet to find a rage quitter in the Casual matches, and it has changed the game dramatically for me. What was once a frustrating experience, is now pretty darn good. Plus, if the connection is crap and I end up losing, no skin off my back.
From my experiences:
Ranked matches have been a mixed bag. Most people will accept a loss, some don’t. The higher I got up in the rankings, the more people rage quit. (I was fighting Silvers who were quitting)
Casual matches have generally been positive. Less rage quitters (zero in my case) and if i get pummeled, it is fun to fight them again to see if I can do better, or to learn and improve.
One thing I have noticed in Ranked matches (maybe it’s just me) — In the final round (or in the second round if I won the first) – I have noticed a few players who start ghosting or the game gets extremely laggy. It doesn’t happen all the time, but it does happen. Is this a coincidence due to bad servers, or is it some sort of tactic?
