I post this here since i guess it’s usefull for EU players. There is a Spanish player, called TiaManT, he plays in PC, he’s around 3k points now with a 60 spree. The funny thing, everytime i get a match against him he just quits, probably becouse i have more points than him (a lot more).
Can you guys just quit the game against him? He’s gonna dodge if he loses anyways, so can we just ignore him and make him have an awful experience in SFV¿?
IronMonkey just ragequitted on me. A Ryu player with 4.5k lp.
What makes it worse is that he was afk for the first 30 seconds of the first round and I waited for him. He then started the round when he came back with a instant jump that I was not ready for and he won the first round. Then I beat him the next two rounds and he rage quitted lol. That was my match to ultra gold too.
…what? PC recording software works just fine. How did you think PC players were streaming/making videos?
Even if it didn’t, that’s no excuse for the meaningless, zero proof witch-hunting clogging up an otherwise useful/juicy thread. I’m here to see videos of well known players being salty cowards, not meaningless name-drops and accusations.

lag switching is becoming more of a problem than ragequitting lately. Conveniently dealing with a teleporting player after winning a round. So fucking lame.
the laura player ‘softnwet’ is a ragequitting weenie scrub, and is neither soft or wet. Beware
This is why I filter PC players out in my matchmaking. Won’t play them till the lag switch problem is fixed.
A lot of that is due to one sided rollback. I get most of my lag from wifi connections and those tend to be console.
That said I’ve had more and more lag in Battle Lounge but it might be me.
Assuming they’re running an active stream which most players don’t. I’m talking about capturing software like Bandicam, Fraps, Dxtory, etc. The overwhelming majority do not work for most players and there have been several threads troubleshooting it on Steam forums. They worked in the beta but the programs don’t work now, I know because it doesn’t work for me despite working on everything else. None of the major programs work and the ones that players have had the most success with are from OBS or Shadowplay if they can get those to work and I don’t find those to record at the same quality but it’s better than nothing. No need to say they they work just fine when I and many others have had issues with it since the game launch.
Let’s be realistic most of the players aren’t “well known”. I don’t really care about the entertainment value of it but I do want to see them get punished. Seeing Capcom’s dumb policy for it I doubt most will anyways. They should have already imiplemented a fix or reset the leaderboards early on before it got this far.
That said I agree that videos are definitely better (assuming they aren’t rigged) than a name especially if the name hasn’t been said before. Just mentioning that the vast majority of PC players cannot record anything. Most captured videos are coming from console players and maybe the tiny percentage of people who stream actively on PC.
If you do somehow know the solution to this, feel free to tell me. I’ll be happy to share it with everyone else because it would make recording matches much better in quality and more enjoyable than what it is now.
