Here’s a guy to add to your list, This guy’s been known to rage quit on many ( UltimoNegr0 ).
I just had a match against a Zangief like this–moves wouldn’t come out, both characters blinking around the screen–but I didn’t want to take the time to restart the game. So after about 15 or 20 seconds into the first round, I stopped pressing buttons and just walked towards the other player whenever I could determine where he was to end the match as fast as possible.
After the match, the game went through the victory dance and the “your kicks are sharp” bit, but the connection was so bad that no points or FM were awarded and it said the data failed to send or upload or whatever.
I’m worried that, in cases of an abysmal connection and even when one player just accepts the L in order to get to the next match without taking the time to restart the game, there could be RQ fallout for the loser. Not to mention the unpleasant possibility of being shamed online.

So, I beat this R. Mika (his PSN was something like RayRay and he had a German flag) and right before the announcer says “KO”, I get a disconnection error. Fair enough. The game matches me with him a second time and this time he’s winning. Guess what? I did the same he did to me. Best ragequit punish ever! I urge you all to try it!
