A while back, I got disconnected from a casual and lost 1000 and locked out.
It was the game being ass as usual because my internet was 100% fine on everything else.
Man, what happened to the ragequit icons?
Just had a super gold Nash named I_M_MORTALX RQ me in ranked. Don’t have the replay but they use the default Alpha Nash costume.

I think the bigger problem lies somewhere you may not want to look. Your destruction of your own property is not some kind of evidence that this game is any worse than any other.
I fucking can’t stand Laura. I think she’s gimmicky, a frame trap/mix-up on ice skates with way too much damage output for her speed and archetype. She’s shallow, annoying, caters to a very specific demographic and generally should fucking be eradicated.

You breaking your own shit in a fit of rage has almost nothing to do with this game, or Laura.

[] Brazy-Steve - This guy just started teabagging at the beginning of the match. Then when I got him stunned, he pussed out.
[] YouTappedOut - I used to have respect for this Bronze R. Mika player. I had a tough time defeating him. However, that all changed when I got a round off of him. He RQed on me, scared that I was going to beat him for the first time.
[] Cloud012002 - His Ken was pretty decent, it all came down to the final round. I managed to get the win. Then he ragequits on me.
[] isono_yakyuu - Probably one of the worst I’ve ever met. He’s a Bronze Ryu player who continuously teabags and taunt me. We played 4 times and I beat him 4 times. And each time when I get the KO, he pulls the plug like a salty scrub.

I haven’t ragequit yet but I might be on this list soon. Some people online are *****es. Lots if scrubs taunting and/or running from sets like they’re too good, among other things.

We should get the points for the victory when something like this happens… it’s not just a matter of punishing the ragequitter. What about the time we lost investing into the fight?
sorry to the Ibuki i just played. i was the red Akuma on PC. my WACOM tablet was plugged in which causes the game to crash after about 10 minutes and while we were waiting for points and rematch it just bombed on me.
if u guys don’t know, having a wacom tablet causes sf5 to crash. this has been a problem since launch and even after many complaints, it’s never been addressed.

question: is it ok to ragequit in casual matches if the game is just too laggy? also, how do I quit on PC? do I just unplug the interwebs? Like the other day I had this very laggy game and so I just stood there and let the lagger punch me, but I beleive quitting would have been faster

why did you mark me off topic? i posted this in here so if it was an srk’er they would know i wasn’t ragequitting. the WACOM tablet thing should be in another thread but it relates to why the game crashed in the middle of a fight.
i’d say no. just stand there and die or even try extra derp to see if u get the win. it’s just bad practice to pull the plug and since the game features one-sided rollbacks, your opponent may not have any idea you’re dealing with him teleporting everywhere.
No, it’s not ok to “ragequit” due to a laggy match. You’re just giving tantrum quitters more excuses to throw a fit and pull the plug. Just man up and finish the match without acting like an infantile pussy.
Nah. I’d deal with it, most especially if you’re the one causing the lag. Even if you’re not, people who ragequit over anything will see it as someone condoning their actions and subsequently use it as an excuse, just like coconutz50 said. If you’re fully conscious of your choice to ragequit or not (vs being blinded by anger and just blowing up and quitting), please don’t do it.
