The only time I taunt is when I run into somebody who I fought before. I do it as soon as the first round start and for me is like saying “nice to see you again”.
A suspect Necalli player who was surprisingly nice enough to respond to my message noting his ragequit. He even went as far as to explain to me that he didn’t think that Capcom’s anti-raging measures where working properly as he had, apparently, been quitting quit often and had yet to be penalized. Quit disappointing.
whats the actual point into continuing with this thread?
the to post will not be updated so there is no real overview which makes this thread just a mess.
i doubt anyone from you checks the last 20 or more pages individually and write the names up so that he can avoid playing against someone.
and the only option to avoid someone is by quitting on him.
capcom gives a fuck either. they will not start to check all these people out to see if its a onetime thing or not
so all the people in the videos will keep theire points anyway.
so…whats the reason to continue with the thread? to expose people? without the guy who started the thread there is no overview and without that the “expose” purpose doesnt really fruit…
Looks like a legit connection error. He just did a move (charge move even) and the whole match was laggy as hell. Unfortunate timint but I don’t think he quit.
Though I will openly admit that I loved the last few pages of people getting salty as fuck over getting taunted, teabagged (or as some people in this thread call it: oral rape), and saying they were lag switched on because they had a laggy match over their “1 tera fiber” connection.
Let it rock; I’m enjoying this more than the scrub quotes thread.
I know that a previous update took away massive points for the most prolific rage quitters, but what is considered a rage quit? During the match? Before the match starts where it shows the characters and LP of the players? After the final blow is made and the announcer says “You Win/Lose”?
Also did CAPCOM specify the percentage of disconnects needed in order to be punished? There are several players that I seem to be matched up with consistently who rage quit (or possibly just disconnect) at different times, so I’m not sure if they will be getting away with this clean or not
It’s so salty people can be salty and vent. This isn’t a complicated concept. The fact that you don’t see the irony in your own post is in itself laughable.
which irony?
just because i question the further purpose of this thread doesnt mean that i have any hard feeling against it?!
or what do you mean…i am confused…
I think the frustration is finally getting to me with the rage quit thing. Since sf5’s launch I’ve only played ranked matches for about 2 weeks, enough to get me to 1000lp. Up until this last week I’ve been doing casuals with some great players Ive met who are far more experienced(silver to ultra gold) than I. Within that time I’ve improved a quite a bit & decided to try my luck at ranked again, maybe level up into the higher ranks so I can test myself against other similarly skilled or better players. Well it’s not working out too good for me. More often than not I get disconnects/rq on if I’m on the winning side especially when they’re higher ranked or have a decent streak going. I’ve managed to get up to 1189lp from players who are beginners still learning &/or don’t care or possibly just bought the game during the sale.
I still believe(even more so now) they should make it so that losing in ranked doesn’t deduct lp or at least try and see how it goes. Im enjoying 5 so much the more I learn too, I wish AZ had a bigger local scene. It’s too hot here to do anything else haha.
Iv been having alot of people RQ on me recently and it appears that they do it so I can’t record them. Is there some sort of way where they can now do it later… they seem to be doing it after they lose and not the normal last hit RQ … its just when the over all point screen comes up…
I can’t get a recording of that unfortunately
