Nice mix up from Combofiend. It looks like it makes you block the wrong way. Guy has the ability to do stuff like that at high level play. I would have liked to see him use the unblockable setup or the fake LK cross-up setup as well. But he did good overall.

Cool stuff … only thing i noticed was that you let people neutral jump on you alot. That should be a free ex tatsu or insta-air. Good stuff none the less. I subscribed too. Not sure I fully understand you. The input I do is qcf+PP, KK, just really quick! It’s not very hard after a bit of practice and it’s relatively easy to cancel into other specials.
ahh, so u are using 4 buttons. Do they allow ppp and kkk buttons in competitions? I meant 2 buttons as in, using ppp and kkk. Just curious.

I actually haven’t a clue! It’s something I’ve never bothered to find out as I don’t go near the two spare buttons on a TE Fightstick during play. I imagine different tournaments have different rules to that sorta thing, but if anyone is ever dipping into the button layout (which I see happen quite often) I’m guessing it’s because they want to move all the mappings left/right a notch (ie. use Y, RB and LB for Ps as opposed to the default X, Y, RB) or they want to unassign the spare buttons.
I honestly don’t pay enough attention to that sorta thing
Anyway, I don’t think cancelling ex.Run into ex.Bushin Flip is something that requires plinking. Just putting the inputs in quickly is enough , though I can only do it against a meaty attack. Even then, your opponent is pretty much always going to have a chance to simply duck the incoming throw, but the element of surprise is usually enough to make them stand up so I think it’s a good idea from time to time.

If you’ll allow me to be a pompous ass for a moment:
-The first time my opponent mashes Ultra on wakeup, Guy has the perfect reaction face during the Ultra Freeze, watch that stuff in slowmo.
(Also, the whole match is me getting a salty runback on the E.Ryu player who beat me via Mashed Wakeup Ultra, both rounds.)
-There’s a point where I hit him out of Tatsu with d.HK slide. I’m curious as to how the hitboxes work on both those moves. Is it possible d.HK hitbox got taller?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0YAXbj2nzw Just some examples of the new links guy can do in AE… nothing mind boggling here I guess as in general most the stuff from my other videos still works… The really only cool thing he can do now is the bushin combo link to another combo… Unfortunately he no longer can do stand hk, link duck hp it seems… You can link after far stand mk now but there appears to be no fun/cool set up for it really… Of course you can combo after his overhead now, but its pretty minuscule and well its already redundant as it is…
