^Stuff I noticed:
two hit overhead is definitely back and looks like its a little better on block too.From certain distances though you still only get the one hit.
St.forward comes out faster and recovers quicker.Really good poke now.
3 frame cr.short makes combos look a bit easier.Jab short jab short looks easy but this is combofiend playing though.Also it makes comboing off command elbow with short easier looking.
Counter hit far standing fierce comboed into another standing fierce.Is this already possible though?Also it was on Gouken who has a fat hitbox.Actually fierce looks like it has a better hit box in general.
7:09. Short,jab,TC xx jab hozanto comboed from a decent range,probably would have whiffed in Super.Again though,this is on Goukens fat hitbox.
Cr.roundhouse(slide) looked like it recovered faster but cant be too sure.Looks punishable by jabs at close ranges still.

Command elbow and bushin flip elbow both drop down at normal speed.The rumour about it dropping down faster isnt true unless my eyes are playing tricks on me.
cr.mp bushin chain link looks a lot easier.I could see this becoming a more popular guy b’n’b combo.
CF hit a max distance jumping roundhouse and was able to combo TC afterwards.TC is gonna be amazing now.

I think its just in our minds… alot of shit seems faster/better but in reality its just the same…
in that guy vs ryu vid toward the end you can really see they expanded the hitbox on far st. strong. it reaches a shit ton further than it did in super.
