Sony gettin maybe arrogant skipping E3 a second year…unless they have a State of Play set up or something

I don’t think it’s arrogance. E3 has been on a decline. Sony had been successful with their announcements doing their own events like PSX. Nintendo has been killing it with Directs. What do they need E3 for?
