downloading my copy now.

Just found out about Project Cars releasing in November.

I’m been wanting to try this out forever, I just hope the gameplay is as good as the graphics.

Disregard, fixed.

Anyone wanna bust out the ol’ Medal of Honor: Allied Assault before the servers go down next month?

One of my favorite FPS games of all time. Came out in the early 2000’s where every other game was using the Quake 3 engine. Great memories playing that game, I also modded my game like crazy(custom blood, crosshair, weapon skins, enemy skins. Good times.)

Cool.

I heard this game had a really shaky launch, but after all the fixes it’s worth playing.

I’m a big fan of WWII-era FPS, so I definitely will be playing this at some point.

This week’s Humble Weekly Sale lets you pay what you want for the following:

Thomas was Alone
Puzzle Bots
Dustforce
VVVVVV
Cave Story+

Great lineup. Gonna double-dip on Dustforce because the PS3 port had audio problems (which is surprising as QLOC usually does solid ports).

Miiiiight have to pick up dustforce in the future. I haven’t seen it until now. I have the rest of those games, sans puzzle bots but it looks like I wont mind missing it, AND EVERYBODY ELSE SHOULD TOO because they are all really good. VVVVVV and Cave Story in particular, I liked TwA but not quite as much as the other two. Speaking of VVVVVV if anybody likes the style of this game and hasn’t played Love, you totally should pick that up. Its a fun, short, fast paced platformer that has the same Atari-esque look as VVVVVV.

edit: well shit I actually looked at the page and might get the bundle , I’ve looked at that Mutant Mudds game I thought it looked pretty cool, Cthulhu looks solid, Element4l seems okay but it may be too artsy even for me and I really want Teslagrad. If anybody wants Limbo, Reus, Lone Survivor, CS+, Vs, Puzzle Bots or TwA lemme know and if I end up buying them later I’ll get you the keys.

So I downloaded this dumb F2P MMO called Spiral Knights.

How many achievements do I have to earn in SK, so I can get that helmet/hat in TF2?

I finished Max Payne 3 on old school mode without using a single painkiller, on PC with a mouse & keyboard. That was some serious fun, but the only part that gave me a lot of trouble was killing EVERYONE as the airplane was getting ready to depart. :karate:

Yeah MP3 has one hell of a finale, I really need to revisit that game

The best part of revisiting Max Payne 3 was listening to the music! TEARS is overrated, the other tracks are equally good.

The most badass piece of music was this:

Little Cousin is all hyped to play Garry’s Mod on my PC, rendering me unable to do what I want to usually.

I don’t even understand it, some of the mods are cool but I can’t ever get an armada of Sentai warriors and Dinosaurs to actually fight. They either just ragdoll or stand still and roar unless something is close.

This was my experience playing GMod with some srk people:

There are supposed to be textures there…

Yeah looks about right, I’ve had one ERROR and one of my large maps has the purple plasma stuff.

I used to go on facepunch back in the good old days. Suffice to say watching what gmod as it transitioned from what it was to what it became depresses me.

Lone Survivor is one of the best survival horror games ever made, I never played Silent Hill, but from what I know about SH it’s basically a 2D SH so it’s definitely worth paying the $6 for the whole bundle. Speaking of which the developer made an 8 bit demake of SH2 called Soundless Mountain 2.

@ orochizoolander
Have you played Manhunt?

I have it, what about it?

If it falls into the vague genre of Survival Horror I have played practically all of them.

Lone Survivor is a good title, I hope to see another from them soon. Also hype about this H.P. Lovecraft funded point and click adventure game. Hopefully people shell out the dough so I can investigate what that wacky Dr. Herbert West is up to.

I’m more interested in what people think of the first Manhunt. There’s no Survival aspect to the game, as in conserving ammo or killing supernatural enemies, but it’s stealth based psychological horror.

It stands out to me because of its premise and how surprisingly well crafted the game is. I know not everyone is going to love it, but there has to be someone else besides me, right??

Btw AYO, I can’t even get one of my smaller cousins to play Half-Life 2. :wonder:

I too enjoy the original manhunt. I feel there is a survival aspect to the game. The things you use as weapons are at limited supply with limited uses and you’re good as fucked if you have to deal with more than one gang member. The game sent to shit once you reach the asylum and turns into a shooter.
